I am attending a cookie exchange party this next week and I need a really easy and delicious homemade cookie recipe. It doesn't necessarily have to be Christmas themed but that would be nice. I am open to any and all suggestions. Thanks!

I don't really have one...I normally make the ones on the back of the chocolate chip bag. they are normally pretty good.
I got nothing either, I am waiting for more people to post though so I can steal them!! I usually do a pumpkin roll, my family LOVES those!!
